Is anyont out there an investment banker?

I am 16 with a GED and i live in mississippi. I am planning on going to the local community college and majoring in finance. PLEASE give me some steps on how to become an analyst at a top investment bank (morgan stanley, merrill and lynch, JP Morgan, Goldman and Sachs). I am extremely motivated. Heres some things i was wandering

1. what college do i need to transfer to?
2. what gpa do i need?
3. what should i major in?
4. do i need to get my mba?
5. do i need to get a phd?
6. when can i take my cfa exam?
7. do i need to go to internships in the summer?
8. if so what internships?
9. what kind of work expirience do i need?
10. what books can i read now to familiarize my self with investment banking

any advise will help

First you would have to go to a top tier college - Wharton, Harvard, Columbia, Cornell, NYU, Chicago, MIT etc. and you need to have a GPA for very close to 4.0. There are exceptions to this rule, but given the tightness of the job market, not likely to be very good.

Some people do need MBAs some do not. PHDs are not necessary to really approved of, unless you want to be a quant strategiest or quant trader. CFA and investment banking are two separate career paths. The CFA is for investment management or research.
