How do I Check U-4 of a financial adviser?

You can view a brokers license information on finra.org. All disclosures on the U-4 are made public, in order to protect the public. Just go to www.finra.org, go to Broker Check and enter the advisor's name and you will receive all of their info, firms they're employed at, states registered in as well as any disclosures, court rulings etc.

You don't. The U4 is the application for a securities license. It is private to those that need to look at it. Unless you are part of the process, you have no reason to see it.
