What apen to someone that as 100k of debt unemployed what can the creditors do ?

Well if you are unemployed and have no assets, you are pretty much "judgement proof"

Yes, they can sue you and get a judgement, but they won't have a way to collect on it (and they know this) so they aren't likely to pursue it...it'd just be wasting more money on their part.

With 100k of debt and unemployed, I'd recommend bankruptcy, especially since you'd likely qualify for chapter 7. Also, with proper planning, you can be on a path to good credit less than 3 years after filing.

Repossesions to claim what they can. Then set payment plans, they would probably seek some sort of court intervention to reclaim the funds also.

They'll attach wages and assets. They can collect forever, until you file bankruptcy.

Most of the time, they'll wait a couple years, then try to collect.

They will get a judgment against you and garnishee your wages the minute you start working again. If you are unemployed and that far into debt, you may want to think of filing bankruptcy. It will not ruin your credit as badly as unpaid debts. At least you can explain bankruptcy (ie: lost job).

It depends on what state you live in.Each state has different laws on what the creditors can do.You need to get on the web quick and find out what your rights are.If your debt is unsecure ,personal credit card debt you can do a lot.If its all business debt and secured by property you have fewer options. If you live in Texas up to $85,000 credit card debt can be wiped out by simply not paying for 4 years straight.
You still might get sued but you can fight that too. This is the kind of stuff you will not see in books. This knowledge exists in bits and pieces on the web.I don't recommend not paying your bills but people do get backed up in a corner and kill themselves over finances .It pays to know what your rights are.Even the feds have a 7 year statute of limitations. In texas its 4 years,in okla its 3 years.

They, the collectors or creditors, can garish wages, tax returns, or they can put a lien on the house or property you own. If you own a home, they can take it out from under you. If you're in that much debt and unemployed, my advice is:
1) Either get a job or jobs and start cranking to repay it, or
2) Think about bankruptcy. This is not the route I suggest though. It will follow you in the US for at least 7 years.
3) Another option, approach the creditors and share the situation and ask them if they'd consider a settlement- a partial payment, and think about arranged payment schedule. YOu're going to need steady income to go this route though. Don't overextend yourself on payments tho.
