I have a charge on my phone bill from safegaurdmycredit.com. What kind of scam is this?

They will not give me any info.How would someone be able to charge my phone bill without my authorization?

It sounds like you signed up for a "free" credit card report online and then failed to understand that they signed up you up for a protection program.

Use the phone number and call and protest. Otherwise you will see this $25 charge EVERY MONTH.
