My paypal account is restricted until I verify an address and other things can I use my paypal debit card now? |
can I use the my paypal atm card during this process? I believe it's asking you to verify your EMAIL address. This means they would have sent something to your email address with a link. You have to click that link to verify the address, this way they know where to send the money. Once you've verified the account, then you should be able to use your debit card (although it will be done as payment from your bank or as a credit card). can not use debit card until all is fixed |
