Need a credit card, but not sure which is better and how other related uses are?

Need help here> I need to know about these cards, Prepaid Card, Secured Card, the Annual Fee thing and how one of each card is different from regular credit card(s); such Visa card, capital one or master card. I understand abet how other (above) credit card(s) work. Just got one a few days back, but I still didn't use it yet.

And also about repayment, I read some of the questions from this Yahoo answers thing; but I did not get it exactly as I wanted. Like repayment options, as I am going to use my credit card, I will need to pay them back as fast as I can.
but what I don't get is; since it take a about 30 days for a person to received a bill from these credit card companies, so how a m I going to do this?

I heard of prompt payment but never use any of these, and I would like to know if I'll still pay the interest rate (I know I will, but isn't there be a different) if could pay promptly, let say just in matter of 5 days, after I used credit card?

3V prepay is what I use, it works on line for everything, though max credit purchase is EU 350.00. The card arrives within 3/5 days of application. It costs eur 5.00 each time you top up and sometimes eur1.00 bill processing. However should you want something for eur 50.00 its best to just put on the card what you need. As whats on the card is only good for 90 days. Which means any unused credit costs you eur2.50 to re claim or you forfeit and finally, With all the ID theft its the safest option, as you get a whole new number every time.

Depends on what you want, do you want cash back, other rewards, or low interest?

you might want to go here to compare them, pick one that is right for u
