Summarization of "5 dysfunctions of a team"?

I am considering picking the Five Dysfunctions of a Team (see link) for a book report, and I was wondering if anyone else has read it and can give me a decent summarization of the book. Also, did it help you at all at school or at work? I have to decide between about 40 books on Monday.

Anne,

5 Dysfunctions of a Team is an excellent book about how to get people to work together and what impediments must be over come to accomplish that.

You should read this book whether or not you do a report on it. But it will make for an excellent topic for your report. Plus it won't take a lot of time to read, it's easy to understand, and you will really learn something valuable.

Good luck,
Dana B.
