Are the top executives at your employer actually smarter than the rest of the employees? |
I just started a new job at a very large company. This is the headquarters of a Fortune 500 Company so we have all the big shots working right here. Some of the people are so high up that they have their own floor. They park in their own parking lot, have their own private entrance, go up a special elevator and have a suite of offices that is protected by arm security guards. Usually the top executives are the employees who have worked very hard to get where they are at in the corporation. Most executives have a master degree, usually an MBA. These executives usually put in 60+ hours per week. Also they all are politically correct. |
