Hey Good Question. I've noticed the same - they're all like it.
It just shows how influence much a chief executive has on the personality and character of a company and it's individual employees (as well as setting policy, direction and strategy).

The intersting part would be to find out if they are recruited as you suggest, or whether they become conditioned after appointment.

Regarding EasyJet - I've always had good and polite service from them.

Like all businesses their goal is to drive away customers.

no that would be easyjet, i've never met a bunch of slap faced sour old trouts in my whole life since i travelled with easyjet. at checkin. when asked was i carrying anything sharp? i replied nothing but my wit! ****** old ****** had more slap on her face than a 2 day old corpse and she couldnt even crack a smile. the plane ride was no better, the flight attendant thought she was a classroom assistant during the talkthrough before take-off she clapped her hands and told all the passengers (who paid her wages) to "shudd-upp be quiet the captains talking" ignorant cow. 45 minute trip from ireland to britain, by the time i get to put my lifejacket on the plane would be ditched in the sea or dropped on top of some villiage.
