Internal communiucation V commumication, What are their difference?

Internal communication is a change management tool which requires professional and interpersonal skills to change and transform organisation to achieve its missions and goals.

Is it possible for an organisation:
a)to use internal communication to create a conducive workplace for its people.
b)To help them find meaning,excitement and growth in their work.
c)Change and devise a corporate culture to ensure the organisation's growth and success in the future years?

I assume that you mean communication to the employees of a company by senior management through the management heirarchy. A company changes its procedures to increase income and reduce losses. This may result in a change in work patterns, duties, responsibilties and other working conditions or even job losses. Change represents a threat to many and is often unwelcome. It may also mean retraining and job cuts. So professional and interpersonal skills are needed to effect a change without compromising the position of the company to its workforce in general.
