How would you relate your key competencies for the position as executive secretary?

I feel my key competency to perform my job would be my willingness and adjustment to change. In my line of work, the only constant is change. If I do not know the answer, I will always find the right answer. I feel an Executive Assistant is the go to person and the person the whole department can depend on.

Organizational ability. You will keep things running on time so the boss doesn't get behind. Your attention to detail will prevent silly mistakes. It is all about how you will make the boss shine!
