Where do you complain about a company? |
Is there a place I can let other consumers know what happened to me? Yes, I thought of the BBB, but wanted to post it online so everyone will know. Can I put company names on YA? I didn't know they would let you do that. Thanks. Well, you can tell us here on Y!A, or you can post a V-log complaint on Youtube, plus all sorts of other things (others have said Better Business Bureau). Try googling it. But first, make sure the company knows your complaint. Tell them what happened and how upset you are, and 90% of the time they will reimburse you, so give it a try! Maybe the Better Business Beaureu? I mean, that's not specifically complaining to consumers, but if other people are voicing a complaint through them it should raise flags that this company needs to be monitored better. The better business bureau. www.bbb.com You can lodge a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau. You can file a complaint with the better business bureau. |
