Hey im a manager and my employees told me that are drop bags were picked up by coporate and they were lying?

I recorded them telling me what bags they sig ned for and them telling me they were picked up when they wer3e not what should i do

call the police,
file a report...

The police will know how to ask questions that may get them to tell the truth.
Under no circumstances or condition should you accuse them of anything.

Simply tell them the police need to come in to ask a few questions so you can report it to you insurance comnany, the bank and have the "issue" on record for your boss.

Perhaps you should suggest to top management that they adaopt a stricter more controlled process for gaining access to the vault/safe. Where I work, there are a total of 2 doors, both requiring different keys, a 7 digit pass code, and a key locked in a different safe to get into where our money is stored, and only 5 people in the entire building have access to all the needed keys and codes to get to it.
