Choosing name for corporation? |
If I want to name my Nevada corp fdgh holdings inc, and there is already one of the same name in another state, but not in Nevada, can I not use it? Thanks. Generally, you would be OK in Nevada if they approve it. However, if you open an office in the other state, and file your foreign corporation registration, you could run into a problem in the new state. They may want you to change the name so as not to deceive consumers. |
