Does this freakin' thing work?

OK SO MY HUSBAND DID THIS ONLINE SURVEY, AND GOT A $50 AMERICAN EXPRESS GIFT CARD, WHICH WAS NICE, THE ONLY THING IS WE CANT FIND ANYPLACE THAT ACCEPTS IT! IT HAS FUNDS WE EVEN CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAY IT LEGITAMITE. WE LIVE IN THE DALLAS, TX AREA, SO MY QUESTION FOR YOU ALL IS, DO U KNOW OF ANY STORES THAT WILL ACCEPT THIS, OR DID WE REALLY JUST WIN FOR LOSING WITH THIS ONE?

Not all stores except American Express. I have had problems using cards like this before and it's a reason I am swearing off all of these gift cards. It shouldn't be a hassle. Have you tried using it online? I would just keep trying at different stores that accept American Express for payment.

you should be able to use it at any store that accepts american express as a payment source.

if they have an American express logo in their window they should accept it , or call back to the survey and ask what is and where is it good for

Business's dont like AMEX because they charge higher fees. 5% if i remember right as opposed to visa's 3%. Amex is worthless in my opinion. Causes more problems than convience
