Which name is correctly written,"Victory Holdings Limited" or "Victory Holding Company"? |
I was told that I can use either one of the two names above but not "Victory Holdings Company" (ie. Holding with an "s"). I wonder if it is right or not and try to find an explanation. If you're registering your company, you can choose any name you want, but unless it's a public listed co. you can't use the word Limited at the end. You can use Victory Holdings Corporation or Victory Holdings Inc. or Victory Holdings Pte. Ltd. or Victory Holdings Pty Ltd, depending on where you're from. Holding and Holdings are both used, but Holdings is more common. Victory Holdings (Ltd.) it is Victory Holdings Limited not Victory Holdings Company |
