Anyone work at MBNA?

My fianc茅 heard they have good benefits and they are a top 100 company to work for here in Canada. He's not too keen about being on the phone but apparently they give you 4 weeks vacation, 4 hrs a month to volunteer if you want, $500.00 when you get married and they cover your transportation costs and an extra week off work.

Does anyone have any experience through them and how they are to work for?

The benefits sound great as it would pay what FH is making right now but with more benefits and the opportunity to make an additional incentive every month. He just doesn't want to end up doing telemarketing type sales. If you have any background advice on them before he goes in, it would be really helpful. Sounds great, just wondering if it's too good to be true.

MBNA is a pretty good company and sometimes getting a crappy job at a good company isn't a bad idea cause you can always try to transfer to a better job once you're in the company.
