Hourly salaries on light industrial jobs in the Cincinnati-Fairfield area -Totes,Luxottica,Corp Express,Pierre

I am thinking they are all temp jobs and i know some of them, like Totes, require going to a temp agency. They dont ever tell u right off what the job pays (if they even have a real opening at all - they usually lie bef. u start applying) and that hurts people - it makes them lose time and money applying and feel exhausted and pressured, at the end of a freaking cold winter day, to end up making bad decisions and not being able to pay bills. Somebody help???

I used Today's Staffing once. I was not trying to get on at any of the businesses you have listed, but they were very honest and up front with me. They told me exactly what the pay would be, chances of becoming permanent, etc.

Huh? If they havent advertised an open job, then I wouldnt assume that they have one. Some use temp agencies to find employees, and then if the employee is a good/productive one, they will take them on full time. But these companies certainly dont lie and make people think that they are hiring when they are not. I can tell you, they have far more productive things to do than sit around and read your paperwork and interview you for positions they dont actually have. I would believe that the salaries at those particular places would run from $10-$15 an hour, DOE.
