Where can i get a new birth certificate in milwaukee wiconsin?

Because of the laws in Wisconsin, you cannot apply for a birth certificate online, over the phone or via email.
The only way you can apply for a new birth certificate is:
1. Going to the DHFS State Office Building in Madison.
2. Mail a birth certificate application form to the Vital Records Office.
3. Faxing your application to the Vital Records Office.

Go to the town hall, you can get a new copy there. If not, which i doubt, then you can ask them where to go.
