Deli in downtown Chicago's Loop?

Do you think if we move our Deli from a quiet suburb to the downtown Chicago Loop area, will we gain more business just by virtue of the number of pedestrians? Our current location offers no foot traffic whatsoever, but we do have our loyal regulars. Thank you very much for your time.

I imagine you would get more business, but you would acquire more overhead as well. Real estate is not cheap at all downtown.

You would get more people just because of the number of people and maybe you could deliver to the business downtown but the space will not be cheap so you have to do your pros and cons list to see if you would be spending your profit on rent alone.
