How to know if someone uses my masonry license?

I have submited a proposal and all the documentation for the permit, 2 days after the permit was issued they called me saying that the work is already done, thank you we will not need you anymore. So does anyone know if there is a place online how to check all current or past projects done under my license. And is there anything that i can do? Report them or something?

I do not know what state you are in but in Arizona where I am we have ROC Registrar of Contractors. I am a licensed contractor and it is vital we all protect our good name. It does not come easy and someone can hurt things fast. Check with the people that issued your license... there has to be a way to track things like that.
