Who knows when the Trump Tower or Twist will be done? and how many stories?

im pretty sure both are supposed to be bigger than the sears tower.

The Trump International Hotel and Tower will have 96 floors and will be 1,170 feet tall to the roof (1,362 feet to the top of its decorative spire)...quite a bit shorter than the Sears Tower, which has 110 floors and is 1,450 feet tall to its roof (1,730 feet to the top of its antennae).

The Trump is going to open in stages: the hotel & restaurants, which will be in the lower part of the building, are scheduled to open sometime in February 2008. The rest of the building, which will be condos, will be completely open sometime in 2009.

The Chicago Spire is planned to have 150 floors and be 2,000 feet tall to its roof (there was going to be an antenna, but that idea was cancelled by the developer...however, there's still plenty of time for them to change their mind)...significantly taller than the Sears Tower.

Construction just began on the Spire's foundations (groundbreaking was June 25, 2007), and it's not scheduled to be done until sometime in 2011.
