Where can I find the business name for an address I have?

There is an unmarked building across the street from my new apartment in the Northwest corner of Chicago, near O'Hare airport. I have the address of it from what I saw on the building - although the numbers were half fallen off, I'm pretty sure it's right. But I can't find any sort of identification for the building in any searches. I don't want to be nosey and just walk over and ask them what it is. It has cameras all over and is an all concrete building with windows all over like an office. But no signs or anything even on the door. Parking lot for authorized ppl only, with a spikestrip in the exit. Any clue as to where I could look to identify this building would be helpful. The address is 4515 N. East River Rd. Chicago 60656. Maps I've seen place it about 4 blocks south of where it actually resides. I don't get it. Call me paranoid, but I'm thinking it might be a federal building. What do you think? And how can I find out for sure?

it might be but call 411 and ask for the name of the business just give them the adress or ask for the phone number and just call them up and ask them good luck

The addres you have is incorrect, can you give a nearest street corner since we don't know where you live and where is across the street from you.
Montrose is 4400 north and lawrence is 4800 north so your address comes out on the montrose curve by the forest preserve, and you have nothing there. More info on the location would be great.
