Where in the Northwest Chicago burbs can I find a cool lesbian/gay bar?

I mostly want to go somewhere with pool tables, darts, nice clean atmosphere, good people, young-ish (20's-40's) crowd, or even some place that has drag king shows. I am new to the area and haven't been able to find anywhere like this except downtown Chicago, which is a little far.
