What are good companies in the Chicago area to work for? |
I will be graduating with a degree in Organizational Communications in November, three more classes to go. I am wondering if you all could tell me some good companies based in the Chicago area I migth like to work for? I'm in the west suburbs, ie. Oak Brook, Naperville, Lisle area. My main concern is finding a company who cares for employees and treats them right. I work hard, am reliable, and am loyal and would like a company who appreciates that and rewards employees for it. My friend works for Met Life, they promote from within, reward people for going above and beyond, offer good vacation time and benefits, have lots of outings and events for employees. My main thing when looking for an employer is a company who treats employees well, that's even more important to me than salary. Try Motorola they are always hiring. |
