Illinois residents....grocery stores Pick N Save and Piggly Wiggly...?

Are these two stores owned by the same company?

I shop at Pick N Save all the time and I'm not sure if they are owned by the same company or not. I know Pick N Save's store brand is Roundy's not sure about Piggly Wiggly. I live in Illinois and yes, there is both here in Northern Il. However, Pick N Save is closing the doors at the end of September.

neither of those stores are in IL, they are in WI and second piggly wiggly is pick n save.

A company is a theater group or division or old fashioned term for corporation.
