Do you know how would I rent a small business in the Gurnee Mills outlet mall or around the Chicago area?? |
Do they charge per square foot, how much?? Before choosing a location, I would suggest finding out what demographic your product or service attracts. From there, scout out areas that meet that demographic. Take into account traffic patterns, competing businesses and their locations, etc. While Gurnee Mills attracts millions of visitors a year, it will not do you any good if the majority of the people that go there don't fall into your demographic for buying what you're selling. |
