When the government owes you a tax refund...?

Probably not. You walk on their sidewalks and public buildings every day, and use their federally-funded transportation networks, benefit from the security their border patrol and policing programs provide, and get cheap hamburger from the supermarket because of the subsidies they hand out.

They don't come in, hang out, drink your beer, and watch your TV and pass out on your couch every night.

Good idea. I hope you like Federal pound-me-in-the-a$$ prison.
