If if filed on march 26th when will i see my return.?

I filed on march 26th with H&R block. I had to wait an extra week after the first time I went cause they had to get me up to date from 2004. I filed my taxes and chose instant cash back, the woman there gave me 2 cheques which added up to exactly $200 (yippie) then wrote down a whole series of cheques on a peice of paper and said Ill get them in the mail. its been 18 days, when will I see it

by mail takes about 3-5 weeks

The whole series of cheques would have been for 2004-2007 tax years, if you were behind. You can expect them to take weeks if not months, since CRA is in the middle of dealing with this year's taxes first. Yours will only be processed once they have gone through the current year's returns.

You had 4 years to do, and received your money for the last two. Your 2004 & 2005 were paper filed, and these returns should take 4-6 weeks (or longer), depending on the workload at CRA.

If you wanted your refund in a timely manner, you should have filed your returns when you were supposed to.
