My 4yr is with modelling agency, received income for jobs done. Agency does not withold taxes, how doI claim? |
In addition to claiming her income, what about the expense incurred for travelling to shoots and auditions? Can I claim this too? Do I claim the income under me or do I submit the income and expenses under her own name. The agency didnt withhold taxes because your daughter was not an employee of the agency which considers your daughter as a contractor or self employed. you can claim for any expenses incurred to produce income. travel expense can be claimed as well as fees, photos, etc.. but since his income may be minimal, he won't be taxed. |
