Transferring website revenue from paypal/alertpay to an offshore bank account?

technically when you do that, doesn't it mean the government won't have any trace of your money?

If you are a cdn taxpayer and your website business constitute a permanent establishment in cda, you are required to maintain your business books and records in cda regardless where the bank account is located outside cda. In other words, u have to account for its revenue sources & deposits to the CRA.

pay your tax you cheapskate....if you don't like Canada , get the f.u.c.k. out

That's tax evasion and could subject you to criminal and civil penalties.

Canada also has special reporting requirements for foreign property and trusts with stiff penalties for non-compliance.
