After three years with all debts paid off, specially Court Orders you would have a clean bill of credit. You can have your old credit ratings removed for a small administrative fee, if the above conditions apply. Everything pretty much goes back to normal. Your credit rating won't be great. But you will be able to use credit cards and if you have enough down you can still buy a house. |
