Where can i find section 216 form for Canada tax form? |
i know i have to file a section 216 form but i can't find it anywhere on the revenue canada website Jim has it right ask in the other side of the pond. Probably after section 215. What are you doing on UK site? Are you filing a income tax return under Section 216 because you receive rental income and you are a non-resident? I believe that there is no special tax form for Section 216 return. When I did a Section 216 return for clients (many years ago), I just used the normal T1 tax return form and note on the first page saying that this is a tax return filing under Section 216. A guide from CRA may help you out: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/e/pub/tg/t4144/... Good luck! |
