I will buy some in internet and send it to Canada, i have to pay taxes there?

In general, the seller is responsible for charging and collecting taxes. In most cases, the sales tax will depend on where the goods are being delivered. But many internet vendors do not charge sales tax for out of state or foreign sales. However when the goods go through customs, Canada Customs may charge you duty.
