Can you claim moving expense?

Moving expenses are deductible from income in connection with an "Eligible Relocation", defined as one which enables the taxpayer to carry on business or be employed or be a full time student. The new residence must be at least 40 km closer to the new work/business/school location than the old residence, and the old and new residences must both be in Canada.
