I am canadian moving to the US, and marrying an american?

If i got married to an American man, and lived in the US, would we have to pay canadian taxes on his income?

No. Canadian taxation is primarily based on residency. Since your husband would not be a resident of Canada, he wouldn't be subject to Canadian taxes on his income, nor would you, since you would not be a Canadian resident either.

As non-residents of Canada, you might be subject to Canadian tax if you have any income generated in Canada, but only on that income, and there are some exemptions to exclude it.

Marriage to a Canadian, or even being a Canadian citizen, does not, in and of itself, bring a tax liability.
No. My mother is canadian and she also married a yankee. No canadian taxes
No but you will pay american income and you still have to take test and all that stuff.
no
not if you are married in america, and become a citizen of US, be a dual citizen. if you live in america, then you pay amercian taxes.
Provided that you moved to the US and became a non-resident of canada, then no.

You would, however, have to start paying US taxes if you were living in the US for a significant period of time (roughly more than 183 days, but there is a convoluted formula for this) and had income, or if you became a US citizen or greencard holder. Your future spouse always has to pay US taxes on his income as he is a citizen. He can file jointly with you on his tax return if you get married, which would reduce your overall tax burden.

Short answer - no
