Did not file income tax for the past four years? |
Hi, I did not file any income tax for the past four years, I have small capital gain (less than 6000) through selling/buying stock. How do i report for the years i missed and where can I download the form and how do i report it. This tax thing is driving me crazy. any help would be great. Thank you CRA has all of the forms you need, and the guides, available for download. http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tax/individuals... http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/formspubs/t1gen... you have to contact revenue Canada and they will tell you what to do.you will have to fill your taxes for all 4 years and pay what you own plus penalty.better do it now, because the more years you don't fill income tax , the more problems for you and eventually you may end up in jail. Since year 2003 you haven't file taxes. Each year's tax return has to file separately using same year tax forms. Not enough information given in your questions to go on. Did you had any other income during these years including interest income (T5 slips)? You will find info. on the capital gain http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/cjcm/searc... If you are in Ontario send me information by email I need I could help you. Why not use HR Block, they would have enough knowledge to get you up to date. Worth a try. |
