What's the best party in boston or southeastern MA for HALLOWEEN?!?

I love costume parties, can be 21+ events

I went to Salem, Ma. last year and it was like Mardi Gras in New Orleans. They block off all the streets downtown to traffic and the whole city is one big party! Can take train to Salem from Boston.
