Where is the best place to cocktail waitress in Boston MA & any suggestions as to how to get the position?

I have been a waitress for many years and found a few tricks that I will share with you.Dont know how experienced you are but DETAIL IS important!! Now you can work at coffee shops like Waffle House(fast change&it adds up)A fancy restaurant that has good alcohol.These people tip WELL but nmake a cheat sheet for a few reccommended wines or liquor.I have found that applebees and TGIF suck!Stay away from those kind of restaurants NO TIP MONEY.you want 2 make more that $35a nite.ALSO,a good person with no drug problems can make HUGE money as a cocktail waitress at a strip club.Think about it the girls are dancing for their money..YOU will get a check on fridays they DONT.Now everytime you bring a drink they give U a dollar...those girls have to look pretty and get attention for a dollar.NOT YOU!! just keep bringing the drinks the more they drink and the more you smile the more you make.And some businesses will NOT let the waitress take her clothes off or flash!!

You may want the better hotels. They serve dinners and drinks, and their clients pay for their dinners and tip well.
if it's drinks only, try the strip clubs.
A friend of mine worked in Johnston, Rhode Island in a nice restaurant and made great tips on the weekends, although she said the trays were heavy.
The hotels would have a better system than this Research Boston hotels, and apply at the expensive hotels. They have lounges where the clients mostly drink, and maybe can hire a cocktail waitress. The lounges with the piano, and the business clients, etc. There are many good places to work in the Boston area.
You will need to dress formally, black and white. White blouse, with either black skirt or trousers, and comfortable black shoes. They may add a logo color of their own, although it is basically black and white.
