What stores hire 15 year olds for summer jobs? |
I'm looking for a job this summer & everywhere I look, you have to be 16+. Any one hear of any places I should look into? Some grocery stores will, but only to sack and carry out groceries. The national working age starts at 16 and there are very strict rules about hiring anyone younger. Try creating your own business - organizing closets, scrapbooking for busy moms, babysitting (yuck!), rake in the cash and have a great summer! I think supermarkets like Market Basket do (as baggers and stockers). At least that is what a bagger and a cashier in Market basket said as I was on the checkout line. McDonald's will hire you at 15 but you need a work permit. Babysitting is good but not many places will hire you until 16, some small convenience stores might |
