What are the winter dates when NSTAR can't shut off service?

I really behiond on my electric bill to NSTAR (here in boston). I heard in MA, there is a law that in the winter months NSTAR cant cut off elctric service until a certain date- any idea what that date is? If its Feb 1, im out of luck...

contact nstar and make payment arrangements if you are paying them an arranged amount on a specific schedule they may be sympathetic to your plight. otherwise I believe you need elderly or infants living with you to avoid shut off.

I thought it was til March 15th, but that may only apply if you have eldery, ill, or infants living with you.

Contact city/town hall or look on the back of your bill for details or evenhit NStar's website. They must list the conditions under which they can shut off your service
