Why do people call 10 limo services, choose the 1 with the lowest price, and then complain when service stinks

So many brides get shafted.
Some people think that all limos are the same.
Many people have been taught a lesson about shopping based on price by limo companies.
The cheapest company has the cheapest limos and often their drivers are chumps.
You get what you pay for.

Oh I agree. I sell Hotel rooms for a living. People call looking for the cheapest rooms then they get here and say the rooms junk. Well YEAH you only paid 49 bucks a night for the damn thing. I mean c'mon! Some people really do lack common sense!

Because competitive marketing suppose to mean better service for cheaper price, and in this case it's not.

People tend to equate value with low price. The lower the price, the better value it is, so they think. Which is a better automobile, a $58,000 one or a $4,000 one? People who use the cheap=value concept will say the $4,000 car is better. There is no accounting for this logic, but cheap is so often perceived as "value" that it has allowed stores like Wal-Mart to proliferate, selling decidedly cheap and inferior products made by forced Chinese slave labor to hoardes of Americans who think cheap is always better.

Go figure.
