Need to know more about Lowell, Massachusetts?

Hey, I am moving to Lowell, Massachusetts. Want to know more about the place. Can anyone suggest the best apartments to move in? Any help/suggestions/information about the apartments and place is greatly appreciated.

Reasonably priced, good sized apartments, surprising quiet given how close it is to the highway and DW. Walking distance to grocery store.

In Lowell they recently opened a ton of new apartments in renovated mill buildings near the river. There were several over by stadium where the Spinners play ( LeLacheur Park ). DO NOT MOVE WITHIN A 4 MILE RADIUS. There are games 3-4 nights a week, until about 11pm, with CRAZY traffic and VERY LOUD music.
