Why did Virgin Megastore closed?

Why did the Boston Virgin Megastore on Mass. Ave & Newbury closed?

Their lease was up, plus, with all this new mp3 hype, people are buying music online, this has been tough for traditional music stores.

They must have run out of virgins.

It's all about those pesky "truth in advertising" laws.
