Meaning of colours in advertising?

I want to lounch a new product: fitness wear and I don't know what colour to use for the label, in order to transmit an image of joy, helf and selftrust.

Orange - Vitality, colour of the sunrays (giver of life). Often linked to fruit which provides Vit. C.

or

Green - Plants, conjurer of oxygen and life renewer. Trees; symbol of strength and shelter.

it's all about the light spectrume and how fast our eyes see the colors. red ,orange , yellow get your attention fastest; the emotions ; red and orange are associated with danger
