How do I Sue a UK company living in the US?

I worked for a Private UK Software company in the US. They owe me more then 5,000 dollars.. how do I get this money?

Get a lawyer. He or she will be able to sue them no matter what country they live in.

take them to court if they owe you make them pay also you might look at breach of contract should be worth a bit of compensation as well.
if you work for them and they do not pay then they are in breach of contract no matter where they are based
