There's a Realtor in Austin TX that will put your house on MLS for $350, anybody know his name and number?

I guess I should have added-in lieu of a 6% commission.

It doesn't work that way. You may find someone willing to do it but you cannot expect a professional job done nor good results. You get what you pay for! The best way to get your house sold is to hire a full-service, full-time Realtor that will market your house to tget the most money possible. Typically your Realtor only gets paid when you sell, not up front. An experienced professional will bring the most money to you and gain thousands rather than save you a few hundreds.

Some thing smells fishy here. Most Realtors will place the listing free of charge unless things have changed in the last in the last several years.
