Bull Creek in Austin, TX question!?

Where is it exactly? Is there an area specifically for dogs? Are leashes required?

Ah good old bull creek. It sits just before 360 on FM 2222. The way to get there is to exit Mopac (loop 1) and head west on FM 2222. You will have to go under the highway, and then through two stop lights. The third stoplight is the only tricky part. You need to stay to the right and veer right just before the light. You will have a yield sign to manage there.

The rest of the drive is a wonderful twisting rolling coast through the hills above lake Austin. You should travel about 4 miles before you see "The County Line" Restaurant and Barbeque Grill on your left. It has a giant parking lot, and neon signs.

About two hundred yards after you are along side the restaurant, look to your right. You will cross a small water bridge and then there will be a road (it can be tough to spot if you aren't looking). Turn right onto that road and follow it. Stay to your left at all Y-s in that road, and soon you will come to a low water crossing.

Once you cross that low water crossing, you are in Bull creek Park, and also in the dog area. Enjoy. There are tons of trails, and some nice water, as well as a few giant boulders to climb on.
