They are under 30 What area would you suggest and why.

They are under 30 very outgoing and like to hike and bike.

He works in Round Rock and she needs easy access to the Airport
They would like to spend no more that $1400.00 on a 3-2-2 house or duplex

Austin is easy to get around in.

Just north of downtown should do fine, parmer lane area.
