Can anyone who actually lives at Trace Condos in Austin tell me about it? What's it like living there?

Are the residents loud partiers? How often are cars broken into? Do the condos themselves get broken into? How fast does the management fix maintainence problems? Is the place generally kept clean? How are the neighbors? Is there a code to get in or remote only? Are bugs a problem?

I've lived there, it was great. Occational parties, never heard of broken in cars or condos, maintanance is usually in the next day, its clean. My neighbors are great but for other people that really depends on their own personality too, no bugs.
